At Janum, we strive for customer satisfaction, and if you receive a faulty or defective product, please inform our Online Support within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Our return policy allows for a 24-hour window after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not offer cash refunds except for faulty, damaged, or defective items upon delivery. All returns must be initiated by contacting us at janum.info@gmail.com. Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt for evaluation and resolution.

Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and sale items, are non-returnable. Exchanges can be facilitated by returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the desired item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, with prepaid orders refunded as store credit for future purchases.
